MacroSora provides coordination, logistics, interpretation and payment-assistance services. We are not a medical provider. All diagnosis, treatment and medical decisions are made by licensed doctors and hospitals.
What we do
- Help you choose a city and partner hospital, and book appointments.
- Accompany you at the hospital and guide you through registration, payments, tests, pharmacy and reports.
- Interpret between you and medical staff.
- Pay hospital fees on your behalf when your foreign card is not accepted.
- Coordinate travel and follow-up, and collect and organize your records.
What we don’t do
- We don’t diagnose, give medical advice, recommend treatments or prescribe medication.
- We don’t decide which tests or treatments you need — your doctor does.
- We don’t guarantee medical outcomes, appointment availability or waiting times, which are set by hospitals.
Interpretation
Our interpreters help you and your doctor understand each other. Interpretation is language support, not medical advice. If anything is unclear, ask the doctor — we’ll interpret your question.
Recommendations
When we suggest a hospital, department or doctor, we base it on the hospital’s specialties, availability and your preferences — not on a medical assessment. The final choice is yours.
Emergencies
In a medical emergency in mainland China, call 120 for an ambulance. Do not wait for us to reply. Once you are safe, contact us and we will help with the hospital process.
